headers

I have a set of headers from my 93 5.0. Ford Motorsport Shorty headers.
Will they work on my 65 289? Or will I have clearence issues?:SNSign:

you might have clearance issues since the fox body engine bay is wider, but try them before you reject them. perhaps with a little BFH work you can get teh needed clearance.

I will try it.
The engine is out of my 66 right now so I cant look and see if it looks close or not.

Nope. Won't fit, even with percussive therapy. The DS collector dumps right at the top of the steering box and the 5 and 6 primaries likely will not clear the shock tower (they stick out ~5" and the shock towers are ~4" from the heads). If you can sell them, get shorties designed for the narrow confines of the 65-66 engine bay.
