headgasket halftime, ?

Finally convinced myself to change headgaskets, (overheating), sure enough, i think they're steam holes?, but there was a path from the bore to said hole on the gasket, two spots. 11 yr gaskets didn't like the KB i guess, Oh well you play you pay. Anyway, slapping everything back together, little confused on the rockers. Searched around, this sound about right...put each piston at TDC, then torque the arms to about 25ftlbs, done deal? They're stockers, sucks puttin all the stocker stuff back on, but gotta eat ya know. Well, let me know, thanks.

I adjust ped mount rockers by the firing order, TDC and 18 ft. lbs of tq. Never did this with the stockers as they found the trash within 20,000 miles.

With the stockers you can just put them on and torque them to 24lb-ft without even putting the engine to TDC.
