Headlight adjuster screw came out! Please help!

My friend was adjusting his front light and instead of going down it went all the way and the screw to adjust it popped out. Now he can't get the screw to go back into where ever it popped out. He screws in the screw or adjuster (whatever its called) but it won't catch. Can anyone help??

Don't know whether the problem remains but your buddy will need to use a vice to pop the end of the bolt back into the plastic adjuster piece.
