Check the HELP isle at Advance. Those products are manufactured by Dorman. Here is a listing on their website, scroll down for the Ford ones. Not sure if these are the right ones though. If they are, the guy at Advance might be able to order with that five digit part number. If not, call Dorman, and see if they have a recommended vendor.
