Headlight Adjusters Where to find?

I thought 50 resto would have them but no can-do. Mine broke and I don't want to get used ones from a junkyard.

Is Ford my only option?

Check the HELP isle at Advance. Those products are manufactured by Dorman. Here is a listing on their website, scroll down for the Ford ones. Not sure if these are the right ones though. If they are, the guy at Advance might be able to order with that five digit part number. If not, call Dorman, and see if they have a recommended vendor.
