I just finished squeezing my hand and wrench to adjust mine and now i find this. I hope i can save someones knuckles.

If it's anything like the one I bought through Matco Tools, then yeah. Lifesaver. 8 inch piece of steel rod with double sided hex .. like a tiny ended gearwrench.
