Is there a retard buzzer for 99-04's? I leave the house when it's dark and the sun is up by the time I get to work so I'm constantly leaving my headlights on. I've been reminded a few times by people that pass my car in the parking lot, but yesterday I finally got the retard award and left them on all day. Do these years come with one and mines not working or was it not ever there? Thanks.

Yep, mine chimes when I leave the lights on. I went through the owner's manual real quick, but didn't see anything about turning the warning on or off. Didn't even mention it or the seat belt reminder.

It goes ding, ding, ding, untill you turn off the light switch!

yeah, that's what I need. I think about it a few times on my 45 minute commute, but by the time I get there I'm so happy I actually got a parking spot I forget about the lights. I'll have to check the fuses. I don't have a seat-belt noise either? The light on the dash panel blinks though. Oh well, thanks.

I'm pretty sure you can buy a kit to make your headlights go on and off automatically, it won't be mustang specific but should work.

My explorer has autolights, and the alarm rolls up the windows and locks the doors, and i get out of my mustang, get to the door and hit the alarm, and nothing happens, lights are still on and windows are still down, then i'm pissed. So i know how you feel.
