I just need to rant a little. I purchased smoked headlight covers from AM and am pissed! It seems my headlights are to snug and the clips on the bottom of the covers did not want to align in place. SO I used a little elbow grease and it snapped and I scratched the hell out of my front bumper!!! Should I have a problem getting a refund? I really do not like the quality of these either. I ordered from AM before and it was great! Its just these covers are subpar.

You should not have a problem unless the Covers are damaged. Some of American Muscle equipment are good some are bad, the ones that don't sell the most of they tend to tell them whom ever makes the equipment to keep there business.

Sorry to hear of the troubles you had with your headlight covers, OP.

Have you contacted our Parts Experts about this yet? If not, shoot me a PM and I can have them contact you regarding this. Once I have your information, I'll forward it to them and they'll get you squared away.

Let me know, I'd be happy to help!

Have a great evening!

Americanmuscle.com took care of the problem! I received a complete refund for the covers. Great customer service like always. I will continue to purchase from AM for all my Mustang needs. Thanks

Oh I will! Im ordering new factory style smoked headlights now. I learned my lesson trying to take the "cheaper" route.

You and me both, you have to pay to play; took the cheaper route a few times and every time ended buying what was really needed, soooooo, I'm saying taking the cheaper route isn't always.

I agree!!! I purchased an offroad X pipe off craigslist for 40 bucks! I knew it was too good to be true lol. After spending about 10 hours on my back on a Saturday morning and afternoon I finaly got it to align! The pipe had the worse exhaust leak I ever heard. I wanted to cry and my back was killing me for days! Only getting quality parts from now on!

The dark smoked ones are really awesome, especially if you get someone to smoke them a little darker. What I love about them is that they have clear instead of the stupid amber on the corner.
