Electrical Headlight Help

I recently lost my headlights and front turn signals. I tried to do a little testing and thought I had narrowed it down to the multi function switch (turn signal switch). The main red wire coming from the headlight switch was getting power when I switched it on and I was finding power at the red wire coming into the multi function switch, but no power at the headlights, hence why I thought it was the multi function switch. I gambled and bought a used multi function switch and installed it, but still the same.

There is a small chance that I got a bad switch, but the turn signals still work. Did I misdiagnosis what was wrong Here? Some help please?

I have looked at that diagram as I have researched this. I can't find a really detailed diagram that breaks down what exactly each switch does. I haven't had foglights in the car in about 3 years after one of them got taken out by a racoon crossing the roadway.

I need to test the resistance between the plug at each switch and the headlights. None of the visible wiring looks burnt. I just thought that with power leaving the headlight switch and making it to the multi function switch, then the problem would lie in the MF switch. It's possible that the new, used one is bad too, but it just seems unlikely.
