Okay, so when I got my 87 back up and running, I'd replaced the pigtails in the dash area. Everything except the Ignition switch, and M/F Switch. Everything had worked just fine for a couple weeks, now I don't have interior lights (Dash, and A/C controls) Nor my parking lamps/Turn Signals.
I checked power at the switch and only the wire going to B1 on the switch has power. I have two switches and both test fine for continuity. I think that the blue/red striped wire is for the interior (I'm still searching for usable diagrams for this pigtail) and it is only getting .029v. Odd... Then if I wiggle to switch (Both of them) somewhere between Position 1 and 2 all the lights work. Then I have 12v on the blue/red wire.
I really need a diagram that shows how this is routed so I can tackle it. Very bad to drive at night without instruments. I'm very close to just wiring everything on its own relay, and just using the switch for the control function.
Any other points I should check out when the sun comes up?
