Headrest Removal

I bought some seat covers for my 04 Gt but I can't seem to get the headrest off.Can anyone tell me how to do this?

There is a release catch that you must lift up on, this can be done from the top with a coat hanger wire or similar item with a bit of effort, or if you have dissasembled the seats you can unfasten the seat cover at the bottom and reach up and unclipit from the inside. ( think the clip is on the back of the headrest channel, but it has been a while and I am not sure)
