heads and cam questions

Ok I'm not the smartest person in the world so I need some help. I am planing on buying some ported heads and cams here soon and I want to know about flow and duration. I'm looking at Patriot Performance and Fox lake heads and the the Comp Cams XE270AH. Now the lift for the cam is 234/238 @ .050"- .550"/.550" lift- on a 113 and the Fox lake heads are 223 cfm intake and 195 cfm exhaust @ .550 while the Patriot's are 217 intake and 189 exhaust @ .550. So my question is are the fox lake heads the better choice or is there yet another head I should be looking at?

the heads should be fine. There are others but fox lake rocks

Fox lake = good but you will be spending a LOT more for 5 cfm more airflow
Patriot Perf = good + no core charge (keep your old heads) + save $$$ to put towards cams

I was going to go with fox lake until I saw patriot so similar for only $1295 for the stage 2 ports, other than the 5 CFM difference their the same thing.
