Heads for 302 ???

what are some good heads at a good price out there for a 302 with new hyd

Do a search. This has been covered hundreds of times and you'll find more information than just this thread will bring.
Also, it would be a good idea to go into your User CP and put a location in your profile. Then put what make/model/car/engine/etc and mods in your signature space. This way we dont have to ask what you have every time.
I also noticed you seem to worry about whats legal in CA, so I'll assume thats where you're from. Technically everything on your car should be 50-state legal. In actuality, anything build in 1975 or earlier is smog-excempt, meaning no one can do anything if you have non-smog parts.

get your facts streght.
If you are not willing to accept help when you ask for it, then keep your questions to yourself. The majority of the ones you did ask could be answered in full with a search anyway.
