Headswap or supercharge?

Just got my tax return filed, and I'm in a dillema. I have enough to either do a headswap to my '98 and add a few other goodies like Accufab intake plenum, larger throttle body, larger MAF, a cold air kit, and a custom tuned chip, OR I could buy a supercharger. I want to get the Kenne-Bell twin screw, but that would still require me to do the heads, and I can't afford both.
Do you guys think I will be happy with the headswap and goodies for a few years until I can afford that Kenne-Bell, or should I just go with the Vortech SQ?

the headswap will essentially give you a new car-and it'll feel like night and day compared to what it is currently. throw some cams in there and you'll prolly be satisfied for a while, but none of us ever are for long, are we?

do a modular 5.0! i'm almost done with mine,we're predicting about 375-385hp and 400+ ft/lbs. naturally aspirated with custom comp cams, ported pi heads,l/t headers,h w/hiflo cats, slp catback,75mm tb,cai, and maf. plus with forged internals you can either spray the motor or runs lots of boost. i'd do that first, then get your kennebell or vortech. i'll try to post pics of mine when we finish everything. should be done around mid feb.

I was leaning toward the headswap and cam option myself. I'm not familiar with the Modular 5.0. What is that?
My buddy over here in the desert is putting the Kenne-Bell on his '97 Cobra when we get back, and he's trying to talk me into that also.
Thanks so far for all the suggestions! I've really got alot to decide. Fortunately, I've still got a few months before I can do anything.
