Hey guys! My 3.8L in my 1998 finally blew a head gasket after 231,000 beautiful miles. KBB says I should sell it for $1000. I say let's not at all. I have a buddy selling me a 302 that he never used for $100. I'd like to stroke it out to whatever I can without risking too much. I'd like it to be a pretty mean street/strip car. Currently my 1998 has an automatic that I'm looking to switch to a 5 speed. I need some advice from some vets who know their way around a project like this. Willing to be pretty open to a lot of ideas but I still have a somewhat old school-high horsepower-panty dropping-tire destroying-neighbor waking vision for the project.
