I seem to remember quite a few people inquiring about changing the bulbs in these. I know I've been wanting to look into it to change to blue since I have blue reverse glow gauges. anyway I think I found the bulbs but I have to pull out the unit again to check.
I believe they are B8 series bulbs and LED replacements can be found from superbrightleds. com
I think they are B8.4 but dont go buying them until I (or someone else) can confirm.
