How long does everyone heat their nitto's at the track?

Until they're golden-brown, crispy with a flaky center.

Seriously, the Nitto tech I talked to said just spin them enough to clean them off. I'm doing a little more than that, but I don't touch the brakes during my burnout. I spin them until they start moving me forward, then let up.

But I'm no expert. Just my experience.

power brake them until they both start to smoke(about 5-10 seconds)...that should be enough if you have the correct tire pressure

HOW to USE NITTOS!

Approach the Waterbox drive around it! try not to get tires wet.
Start burnout and hold at 3700 to 4000rpm immediately or very soon your Nittos will start to heat and your RPMs will suddenly drop under load! You are READY and the Nittos are Sticky!
LAUNCH HARD! and Stick EM!
