Heli coil?

Has anyone Helli coiled there aluminum heads before? If so did it work well.

my buddy did the other day.......not sure what your doing...but he shot a spark plug...so had to rethread it.....

so far it's holding but he is planning on selling it..and has been babying it for the most part...
