I do not own a Mustang:( but I do maintain, repair and restore to original my 17 YO Grand Daughter's 2000 Coupe. My wife and I own three Fords, my 1997 F150(being restored to original), my wife's 2002 Explorer XLT with 275,000 miles and showing it's age and our 2002 Winnie with a F53 chassis:).

The Darling Grand daughter's Stang was modified by a you man who thought adding a lot of after market junk would make it cool, it didn't. He got tired of fixing all the stuff he added and gave it to my granddaughter. She lives 50 miles away and so I only see the car when there is a new problem. That's about it other than I'm over 75 and retired.

Sounds like a ford family to me.
Glad she has a man to straighten out the stang, if you go to the sn95 forums there are some people there that can help you out or just pat you on the back for be'n a good grandpa, consider me the first. :nice:

Welcome to Stangnet.

Well, you get to see her a bit that way:D.

Like JR was saying, look around our ‘96-‘04 subforums. You’ll find any help you might need there, including help de-modifying her car if you want.

It’s good to have you with us.
