Are you expecting the blower to stop at WOT?
I thought the relay shut the compressor off not the blower too.

I think he's saying the relay is malfunctioning, not that the fan is still blowing air. I think!?

I would think so.... why even have it if you don't have a/c?

From the wiring diagram it looks like you can just not put a relay in the socket. I would tape or cover the socket as the red wire is hot whenever the engine is running.

So it is more than just the compressor removed. Is the dash HVAC panel changed or does it still have the A/C positions?

Yes, unplug it. It is only needed to disengage the A/C clutch. Since you don't have an A/C clutch anymore, it doesn't matter.

What does it do to your car when the relay goes bad? It shouldn't do a thing.

What was it doing to your car when the relay failed? I ask because you may have other issues.

The car did start just fine, but waited 20 mins went back out and no power to fuel pump? I changed the fuel pump, ck the fuses and changed fuel pump relay. Do you have any thoughts what could be causing this

I taped it and car started, then waited 20 mins to see if it would start again and it did not, the same problem is back. And the list of things I did for the fuel pump was what I did in the pass couple weeks.
