Help 95 Gt Build

I recently picked up 95 Gt five speed car without a engine or trans installed. However, it did come running 94 5.0 engine but no accessories included. So, I have to two problems. The first is what accessories will clear the stock hood, I've a set off a 5.0 thunderbird that had the similiar intake as the sn95 or a fox body set up? The next probelm is I was unaware that the 94-95 bellhousing was thicker than the foxes due to longer input shaft. Right now I have a 92 5.0 t-5 and bellhousing on the engine sitting in the car. The problem is the transmission mount doesn't reach the transmission cross member. What can I do, any suggestion will be of great help. Btw, this my first SN95. Thanks
