help adjusting firewall adjuster

how do i adjust it? how do i know when it is perfect, my clutch has also been kinda stiff past few days sometimes its hard getting my trans into gear, have to force it sometimes.

clutch auto adjusts, just pull up on the pedal as far as you can and it should adjust itself.
