its time to get my alignment for my newly installed c-springs, but heres the deal...i live in gainesville right now and there are no custom/modular shops i know of in town, so i must get the alignment at a Midas, firestone etc.. however they cant align my car due to the new springs (they use a computer system that just automatically knows the specs for each car), but now my specs are different, due to the springs. anyone know where i can get the specs for the c-springs so he can do it manually...or what should i do...?

When I did my C springs I took it to the local Goodguys shop that uses the same computerized mirrors mounted on the wheel thing and had no problems setting it to factory specs.

yea but that is my question...are you supposed to set it back to factory settings, now that the car is lower, wouldnt it need a different set of specs, or different setting..?

I highly subjest a alignment after springs. You should look around
other areas to see if you can find a place to get a alignment done.

I put the C springs on my car and when it was taken to the shop to have them align it, it was not that far off from the factory marks. I think they are giving you a bunch of BS.

you use the factory specs unless you are making it into a track car. the only thing i run diff is a little more negative camber and i maxed out positive caster.

Yes they are all right factory specs are what you are looking for. If some moron can't handle that you have aftermarket parts in your car just leave and go to the next place. I'm so tired of so called techs not even being able to mount a damn tire right anymore. If they can't get it right you may need caster camber plates but they should be able to get it right without them.
