HELP! Anyone Near Ft. Lewis!

I'm here in SeaTown, but I have a strict policy against turning wrenches on someone elses car, even if being paid. Bad things happen. :nonono:

You will probably get a better response in the NWForum. :nice:

What are you working on?

:OT:
Stupid vristang trivia fact...
I was born in the Army Hospital there. :nonono:
The nurses almost switched me with another new born with the same last name. :nono:
Wait, maybe they did

Desperate

Its a carburated 302 that needs to be put back together. Its in the car, trans and all, all that needs to be done is valve covers, starter, alternator, electrical and some tuning I believe.
I would really appreciate any help you could give, or you could ask some friends? Im desperate to get it running.

Oh, I also have a very strict policy about working on a carb. :nono:

I am an efi guy. :nice: Actually, I am not old enough to know what a carb looks like :D

It sounds like you just have bolt on stuff left, so it shouldn't take too much to finish up.

Post up if you have specific questions, many here will chime in with advice.

Undecided

Well your right, most of it is bolt on. I also picked up a COMPLETE EFI 302 w/ AOD trans. Might be looking to sell it. Not sure yet. I will have to see how this one works out thats in it now. It has a C4 on it, so the tranny will probablly go. I am also getting a 351W, but im not sure what im going to do with it. Might just save it and build a stroker out of it. I want to take the heads off of it and put them on the 302, what do you think about that. How much more power do you think i will get? It is carburated, but I might change it to EFI from the other motor. Any ideas?
