help ASAP

Today I was starting to install some MM LCA's and I ran into a serious problem. One of my Lug nut bolts is stripped. I need to replace it. Has anyone done this before. I know it needs to be pressed in but can it be done with the axle in the car? I want to get this done as easily as possible. Any help will be appreciated.

I think you can actually run on four lugs for a while...

I just wanted to clarify, one of my wheel studs is stripped and I need to press a new stud in. Is this difficult to do and do I need to remove the axle to do so? I have already taken my rear rotor off and I will try to press out the stud tomorrow morning, can't someone help?
