Help! Can't get into gear

I just installed the Maximum Motorsports clutch pedal height adjuster. The pedal height seems perfect. It is a little lower than the brake pedal. However, after I start the car, I cannot get it into gear....

My firewall adjuster is backed out almost all the way..

Any ideas?

what happens if you raise the pedal height? you might not be disengaging the clutch with the lower clutch pedal position.
