HELP ! Coolant issues

My heater core blew out, and im leaking coolant under the car. It leaks like maybe a half a litre in 3-4 min of idle. Im 15 miles away from the dealer, i have an appointment for them to bypass it tomorrw morn, my question is how do i get my car there??? Will it make it if i stop and fill it with water every few miles? will i have to tow?? Need help fast, already late...thanks

Your best bet is to tow it.
You should be able to bypass it yourself, but if you really want to let the dealership do it, go right ahead.
