Help!?! Did I screw up???

Just finished putting the lower intake on. Looked on the workbench and saw the exhaust crossover restrictors that came with the FelPro 1250 gasket set. Do I need these? Heads are AFR emissions legal. Must I remove the intake and install the restrictors? Are the gaskets reuseable?

I have decided to pull the lower off and do it right. I have not started the engine. Do I have to replace the gaskets?
