I have dual focus pumps, stage 2 fpdm, 42lb injectors, and a wire upgrade with a 30 amp inline fuse for my fuel setup. That setup is good for about 550rwhp. However, I just got my stang tuned and she hit 100% duty cycle at 6400rpm at 453rwhp.

There is a problem somewhere and I don't know where to start. Could a fuel filter be a problem? (still stock one in and its a 00 GT). Could my sodered connections be a problem? A ground?

Any advice would help.

according to SGS Automotive who tuned my car, my fuel pressure was completely fine and the A/F ratio was 11.7 across the board.

they told me that my setup was good for 550rwhp as well as others.

do you have to pull the stock mini-fuse out of the fuse box? i left mine in there. do i need a 40 amp inline fuse instead of a 30?

can fuel filters clog?

i read all that stuff from KB about flow, pressure, and lph.

Remember your 42 lb injectors are rated at a fuel pressure, if your fuel pressure is lower then the rating goes down.
