HELP GET A DRAGSTRIP BACK IN CT!!!

That petition has been around for a long time, I signed it at least 3 years ago

I work at a performance shop not even a half mile from mohegan, and we talked to a few of the higher ups at the casino who do the events and stuff and they said they killed that idea a few years back along with foxwoods. I find it odd because foxwoods sponsors all sorts of race cars from waterford speedbowl all teh ay to rail cars and drag bikes.


Who knows maybe it will go thru in a few years, but i do agree we need something nearby, i am going to hate trailering a car up to NH or down to NJ for a few passes when the time comes

This petition was started back in the 80's or 90's and there will NEVER be a track opened in CT again. CT Dragway has it in the clause to never be reopened for public use, and noone will ever be allowed to open one. Places with drag strips have a hard enough time keeping them open.
