yeah the want to make more money cause stupid F**ks like yourself, keep getting tickets and wrecking your cars. My mom is an insurance adjuster for North Pacific Insurance, which is the best out there right now. So I know what im talking about. Remember how Females insurance was cheaper than Males, that is totally different now, cause women are bad drivers.

this is also a reason why some insurance companies won't even insure Mustangs. i got kicked off of Pemco because i bought my mustang.

in all of my court cases it was determined that the tickets issued by the officers are unfairly issued.
so i don't know what you're talking about.

i am trying to help the dude with some advice and you're just saying he's screwed. he's not screwed. he needs to get a lawyer
i suggest you get ahold of either

Mitch Greene 12067609822
or Ken Grover 12062415508

edit: whoops... those are not local to you, but do look for local traffic lawyers

haha my only ticket is from when i got pulled doing 75 in a 60 zone in my truck. Like I said its people like him that make our insurance premiums go up. Thanks for the contribution.

If you have no experience in the matter, then why are you bothering to post in this thread? It does not seem as though you have anything constructive to say. Oddly enough, that seems to be a pattern with all of your posts.

if there were more insurance companies out there with less overhead it would be much cheaper for everyone. alas that will never be possible here.

That is the fundamental truth -- there are only two factors affecting premiums: risk, and competition (or lack thereof). One of the problems I also see is that insurance companies are separating customers into smaller and smaller niches. This contradicts the concept of pooled risk.

Bottom line, if it doesnt count as a reckless go for the diversion, if it does get a lawyer. Coming from experience.

I am no pro on racing tickets, just got one coming out of KrazyKoncepts like a year ago. I read the ORS on the speed racing ticket in oregon its a blanket ticket thet covers not only street racing, but display of speed, display of acceleration and a whole bunch of other things under the same law. Basically if you read the law the way its written its a blanket ticket that gives teh officer a convenient tool to stop and mess with you and hit you hard, and only have to remember one infraction and ORS code. Look at the code on your ticket then punch it into a search engine you'll see what i mean. I had just had my blower installed and gave it a little gas to see what it would do. I was making sure i didnt go too fast , was just having fun watching the speedo jump to 45. The cop gave me a racing ticket even though i wasnt speeding. It was like a $350 ticket at the time. I went to court to fight it, thinking i was going to have to suck it up for the judge. Fortunately the officer no showed and the ticket was dismissed. Go to court, you may get lucky

You don't want to follow that logic path too far -- at least not out loud. Pretty soon that will make it to the lawmakers, who will decide that there's no point in having 400 horsepower, since you can't ever use it. If you can break any speed limit in 4 seconds ... that might be considered overkill. We do not want people thinking along those lines...
