HELP!! how to get the crank pullie off?

You need to use a puller, you don't just unbolt the crank and it falls off.

I used a puller for the balancer, and a big rubber mallet for the pulley.

Easily confused

Hit the pulley with a BFRM (rubber mallet) once it is unbolted.
Use a puller on the balancer.

Just unbolt it from the harmonic balancer! Its just held on with either 3 or 4 bolts. Its not pressed on or anything...

Getting the balancer off, you'll need a puller, probably.

the last couple I have pulled off were semi welded with dirt and goo. It took a couple of whacks to get them off.

One more tip -------- also unbolt the balancer BEFORE trying to use a puller on it. It's got a single 15/16 headed bolt holding it to the crank.
