help,i messed up

I know better than to do this but I did.Getting ready for Super Summit this weekend I got the bright idea to clean up under the hood.I went to the car wash used the engine cleaner drove the car home no problem.Died inthe drive,Hard to start,rough idle,popping a little,stalls if you let off the gas.I blew out the distrib and all wire connections,looks like I'm getting good spark.If when I get home tomorow am it doesn't dry out.What should I look for.My luck it won't.And sure hate to have to take my focus.Although I'd save a bunch of gas.I work midnights so i'm going to have togo soon,got no sleep,n probably won't with this on my mind

Let it run for a while, you got everything wet, it needs to dry out.
