I think you'll be short of pulleys with the SN95 routing (since our tensioner isn't where it is on the Fox).
By removing both PS and AC, you also remove the idler from the route.
You 'might' be able to get it to work if you swapped out the idler pulley to a ribbed-type, but I still don't think you'd get the best belt-wrap on the water pump.

For length, your best bet will be to measure with some string. That will also help you determine if this is viable and if you'll get enough belt-wrap and tensioner action with this setup.
