help identify my engine

i have a 1990 lx with a 1965 289 in it. i have checked the numbers... c5ae-6015e . i am kind of lost when it somes to this Knowledge. would this be a windsor block? and how do you know if it is a hiPo (k-code) engine?

It's a 289 block, but the only way to ID a Hi-po block is to pull the oil pan and look at the main caps. They're thicker and look like 351W caps. The Date code will tell you exactly how old the block is. It's the number/letter/number combo next to the casting numbers.
