Help me analyze some 1/4 mile times guys!

oh wait, or just forget oabout the gears, do the rest of the crap i said, buy a wet kit and spray a 125kit (TUNED!) and run high 11's/low 12's with traction and that converter

you gotta love the 4r70w with a nice stall/traction and spray

Whats wrong with the C&L stuff?? From the dyno numbers I've seen, even the accufab plenum and throttle body is only good for about 7 rwhp according to the dyno tests on modular depot. Everyone else (dragon, professional products, C&L) were good for like 5 to 6 rwhp. But, I know that jackie chan ran some killer times (12s) in that convertible. What was your combo, and how did you shave weight? I already have a tubular k-member and tubular a-arms.

I'm not sure what the car weighs in at, but I weigh in at 225:D And yes I do have the big mach 1000 sound system in the trunk with 4 amps, amp rack, and two subs (thats gotta be heavy!) I just hate to start ripping stuff out:shrug:

Every 100lbs lost is good for a 1/10th gain in the 1/4 mile, or thats the old rule of thumb. That audio stuff gets heavy, lol. But the tubular K member and A arms would help even that out.
