I've just about got my wife convinced that I need to get an 05 GT(thanks to this site) . The only argument she has left is that we can't fit a car seat in the back. If someone could take a pic of their 05 with a car seat in the back it would help me out alot. Kind of hard to go to a dealership and throw a car seat in theback to show her. She's been saying I'm obsessed with this car , do you blame me?

I was thinking the same thing, but I wanted someone else to post first. But, like Chris Rock says "I would NEVER hit a woman, EVER!. But, I'll shake the s*** out of one." j/k.

I will take a picture today if possible, but a car seat will definately fit. There are actually anchor points in the back seats for a child seat. So, Ford made the Mustang to be able to put the car seat in the back, just so you could tell your wife, "Now we have to get the Stang!" Again, I will post pics if I can get to it today. Later.

Thanks for the replies. My kid's 2 if. I figured the title of the thread would draw some attention! You guys are bad. You probably think "what do you tell a woman with 2 black eyes? Nothing, you already told the b***h twice." is funny. Shamefull. The bad thing is I won't be able to show most of this thread to my wife.

All joking aside. I was asking the age of the child because I believe it has been said elsewhere on this board that the infant rear-facing seats will not fit. The booster seats will, but your baby might have to cross their legs.

I have a 18 months old, and I have managed to fit his fron facing carseat in the back without problems.,...
Also,,, you could fit it in the front passenger sit, because the airbag is automatically turned off unless a weight more than 40lbs is detected on the passenger seat ( and throw wifey in the back seat! LOL
As I said though the frontfacing toddler carseat will fit in the back, BUT the passenger in the front of him wont have much legroom,,,

Peace
