Help Me! Car hums on the highway!

I have an 86 mustang with SN95 brakes. This includes the wheel bearings and spindles. I noticed before when I drove it when I got up to 55mph+ my right side, passenger side would hum. So I was told it was the wheel bearing. Simple enough. I got one from Ford and still it hums when I get to 55+ and it hums a lot. It seems to hum more when I put it in 5th gear. I can hear it a little bit when it is in 4th but not much. It gets really loud when I am going 70+. It kinda sounds like something is rubbing, but there is no way that anything would be rubbing and not be able to hear it going 0-70. It does not make sense that it only hums going that fast. I cannot figure out what it might be. Maybe the tranny making noise? I did remove the inner fenderwells so more sound comes through, but still I do not think the tranny would make that much noise. The tires I have are 245/45/17’s and like I said, there is nothing rubbing going in a straight line, just a little bit at full lock. Any suggestions?
