ok im going to try and paint my car myself in a few weeks. i have a friend who runs a body shop and is helping me learn and practice and so far im pretty confident i will be able to paint any color or any pattern but as of righ tnow im stumped. i have quite a few combo's and color i like and cant decide so help me out.

I could paint it blue like my old coupe.

I could paint it two tone black on silver.

Two tone blue on silver

back to the origanal silver, not my favorite but it would be the easiest

or solid black

I'm sure you're going to get a lot of votes for black, but I say go with your old coupe's color...blue. I love that color!

Don't paint it like your old car. Keep its identity intact. I vote blue and silver. That thing is pure sex. If you do blue on top you won't need to do the jambs.

My vote goes to the original color - all silver. Especially since you are doing your own work, that will be the most forgiving color of the bunch.

I assumed you'll have some mistakes to wetsand and buff out. Dark colors can be a PITA.

Black is nice but it shows every body imperfection. Silver is not just my favorite color for a fox but it helps hide not so perfect body work.

I vote no one teh colors you mentioned.

I say come up with something of your own. Go through some different colors until you find something you like that isn't something everyone else's sister brother mother has on their couple.

Damn that 3rd pic is how I want to paint my car, that is the first and only one I have seen painted like that.

I would like to see the blue thats on the first car on the car in the 3rd pic.
