help me pick a C4 Hurst shifter

I have it narrowed down to two shifters
V-Matic 2 part# 3838520 $169.95
pistol grip 1/4 stick part# 3162014 $219.88

with the V-Matic I would need to add a switched T-handle
part# 1530003 $29.88

with the 1/4 stick I would need to add a cover and base
part# 1300055 $49.88

what do you guys think?

I have always been a fan of the Quarter Stick. Never used one in a Mustang but had em in plenty of old Chevy's. It will keep women from wanting to drive your car too because they cant figure out the reverse lockout. I have used the Mega shifter, V-matic and star shifters before also and those type of shifters have always just felt cheap and sloppy to me.

im a fan of the quarter stick also. ive got the b&m pro stick which is like a quarter stick and i love it

thanks guys, I was leaning toward the 1/4 stick but was not sure if the extra cash was worth it.

I just installed the Hurst Pistol Grip Quarter Stick in the 88. Let me just say, it's hands above the old B&M that was there last year.
