Help me set my fuel pressure

Ok I finally got my fuel pressure gauge and was wondering what pressure to regulate to. I am running a stock intake w/ stock heads on a E cam w/ 190 fuel pump, 65mm t/b,CAI, Stock injectors and Stock fuel rails, No advance timing for now. I've read 38 to 39psi is best but wanted some more opinions.

38-40, don't need anymore untill the heads/intake are upgraded. The increase from the Ecam is being bottlenecked by the stock components and not really increasing your output enough for you to increase your pressure past factory. I run 40lbs with 24pound injectors.
