Has the car been tuned/chipped? Does it miss at all constant speeds or in a certain speed range? Given all the parts replaced it sounds to me like it may be a tuning issue.

Run a cylinder balance test to narrow down which cylinder(s) is acting up.

B4 you do anthing else swap out the coil. If you still have the stock coil throw it on there.

Hope that helps!

Well right before i blew third gear out it had a slight miss.....so that night i changed the oil and cleaned the MAF. On my test run i tore the tranny out.....well i put a new one in and the miss has gotten worse, but it stops missing when it is under a load.....On saturday night i will unhook the O2 sensors and see what happens if nothing changes then i will take the chip out and go from there.

i'd get under the car make sure you plugged everything up correctly under the car when you were doing the tranny (especially the 02's)
if not id really look into the wires and plugs (my car used to foul plugs and miss because i had oil rushing down into the combustion chamber due to a bad pcv valve)
