if they are the ones underneath then you will have to bend you bumper(it bends pretty far) and unscrew them from underneath. It is kinda scary doin it but its the only way without having to take the whole bumper off

You've got to bend the bumper pretty good to get them out. Get someone to help you and make the bend as gradual as possible so as not to egg shell your paint on the front bumper.
Don't worry, you can do it!

you have to pry up as you twist....use a screwdriver or a butter knife..........it works....

Those aren't screws. They are push pins. I know they have screw slots in them but they never work and always strip. As soon as you get one out it will all make sense. Just get some needlenose piers or a knife and pry them up or pull them out. Don't worry about breaking them, they are cheap and no longer needed

Nice mod, you'll love the end result with a silver GT

all you need to do is pry a small screw driver under the screw part of those push pins while unscrewing them. that happens all the time with those. it's just a push pin with a screw in the center that pushes the sides of the pin under the screw outward.

Don't feel bad about not being able to remove those screws. I had a Ford tech show me the way. The Deletes do look good. Enjoy yours.
