HI, I am in the UK and have a 2001 V6 Mustang. I have been offered some wheels from a 2001 Bullitt car, but someone has told me that they may not fit because they may rub on the shock towers because of the suspension set up. Can anyone help, as to whether there would be problems?

Thanks

I have this setup myself. '01 V6 with Bullitt take-offs. No clearance issues whatsoever. :nice:

The SN95 Bullitt wheels are standard 17x8 with the same five-lug pattern found on all SN95 V6s, GTs, Bullitts, and Cobras. Even with my BBK lowering springs they don't rub. Just remember that when you are switching from 16" to 17" wheels you need to adjust the tire aspect ratio so your overall circumference is the same (preserving your speedometer accuracy).
