Help - New Error Code(P0506 - Idle Control...)

Hello, my car is throwing a CEL again. It's a new error code, which is:

P0506 Idle Control System RPM Lower Than Expected

How can this be fixed, can a tune adjustment be done to fix this or what? Is this something that my tune isn't handling right? Anybody experience this or have this with their car?

The mods I have on my car are:

TBS
Steeda CAI w/ a Tune, 90mm
Kooks Long tube headers w/ catted x-pipe.
SLP Loudmouth exhaust.

Well, i need to fix this in my tune, that is the only way to solve this problem. So i'm hoping sctflash can fix this for me. I don't want to have to get my car dyno'd, that would cost hella!!!!
