I have a 2001 Mustang GT Auto.. I was thinking about putting a set of cams, trans conversion to 5-speed, heads, and 100 shot of NOS OR---trans conversion to 5-speed, cams and vortech pushing 10 psi. Which would would yield more rwhp and which is safer? The guy say those blocks can take up to 500rwhp but over that its not good.

Thanks

I think it's only good for 400 on the stock internals, but I could be wrong. I would personally go with a Kenne Bell. Awesome numbers and awesome kit from what I hear.

The stock internals can go over 400hp, and be daily driven. It really depends on the tune you recieve, and just being smart and not constantly beating on it. Simply put, DONT DRIVE LIKE AN ASS!!!

Blower or Bottle?

Blower! The Kenne Bell kit is constantly putting up great numbers from their kits. Usually upwards of 400hp. Plus, INSTANT FULL BOOST!!!

Nitrous is also a good power adder and plenty of people use it. They usually just dont tell you about it .
