Help on Compression Results

First, heres the results
1 cylinder-220
2-240
3-240
4-240
5-235
6-240
7-240
8-210

First time ive ever checked compression so Im wondering if I should be worrying about the 1st and 8th cylinder? Thanks for the input guys.

Rule of thumb is, 15% either way is fine. As long as all 8 are within 15% of each other, you are fine.
