I have a 1991 lx 5.0 and other than exhaust I want to put an intake system on as well. What is the best one for this car. Any input will help. Thanks guys!

I am new to mustangs. I have a 1997 2 door lifted tahoe and have a K&N system on it. I need some help with this mustang.

oh no. the cai intake guys will be mad. lol. you will be told the cai is for looks only and doesnt add power more than a k&n replacement filter will do. mac and bbk are good brands of intake makers. unless your talking intake manifold

well if you want to spend 150.00 dollars for looks of a chrome tube with a filter that is hard to maintain or a 50.00 drop in k&n for the same performance gain with silencer removed. either way your lookin at 1-3 horsepower

What all is done to the foxbody as is now?

Really, the best bang for the buck would be a better gear in the back.

Foxbodies came with a CAI, although not very pretty, it is effective sucking all the air from the fender separated from engine heat. A K&N slip in and the silencer removed would do the same for a lot less.

Look how small the MAF sensor housing is. Now, you did a 73mm MAF by C&L and a K&N you would definatly feel it.

edit: Lifted Tahoe, hell yeah, I drive a silverado as my D/D, actually my only vehicle right now.
