Help pick my 85 fox custom recaro seat pattern

Getting recaro front seats for the 85 fox. Torn on which to go with… it will be these seats with the only difference being the center insert. Pattern 1 or pattern 2 ?

I hear ya. Here’s a recaro seat with that same center. Definitely a look.

I have those seats in black leather.
IMO, less is more, especially if you don't want to regret the decision in 5 years.
I'm not sure if you were suggesting the first design or just using them as an example of the seat itself, but i am absolutely not a fan they super busy looking.
The Camo look, seems importish to me like they came out of a Golf or VW, so again, not my thing.
There is reason the recaros and flo-fits from saleens are still in demand, they were just simple, clean and timeless.

The pic of the seats is the actual seats and the outer fabric is the same one I’m getting. Only need to decide the center fabric.

No. Here were the options. The only one not pictured is the same fabric as the black X but with perforations. The carpet sample is circled.

That wine colored one beneath your thumb looks a lot like the OEM Red from 79+.

If that is your car sample, I'd go with the one in the middle right above it.

I just edited pic and circled carpet sample.

I'd go with a solid color, and cloth IMHO. My cloth inserts are oh so comfortable.

I think I mentioned it in our convo, but see if you can grab some extra material for the rear seat center sections. Might be able to have a local shop stitch that in so it matches

Unfortunately the closest match I believe is the fabric with x on it. That’s Alcantara suede.
