Wassup Tolbert,

1. There are two brackets (one that turns around and around which is the front one) mounted on the steering rack itself that bolts to pedal assembly. You will need to unbolt all 4 nuts and spin the mount closest to you 180 degrees. Than remount. You will see that the mounts are offset.

2. Yep on the 90 up cars you have airbag connector and than different cruise control connectors. Go to Autozone's website and download the wiring diagrams and you should be able to piece them together using one or other connectors.

3. Pull the instrument cluster out (while everything is apart) and pull the bulb for it. If you have trouble finding it, it should be under the RPM gauge to the right. Pull bulbs one at a time and shine flashlight in it in a dark room.

Enjoy your tilt steering!

the tilt colum question...#1

The upper bracket (the one that spins around and around)......It's in the same "spined" position the previous bracket was in.....you know, the airbag colum one..........But are you saying to spin it around so the shorter side "goes in" where the longer side was...and vise versa...????????????

.......I really appreciate your input
